• Return Window: Return/exchange requests are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Return Method: Items purchased online can be returned by mail only.

• Eligibility: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

• Final Sale Items: Sale and discounted items, and products marked as final sale (including certain hygiene-sensitive items), cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping is free. Please contact us before sending items back.

• Refund Method: Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

• Damaged/Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, please provide an unboxing video clearly showing the unopened package and contents. Requests without video proof may not be accepted.
